The Laxmi Niwas Palace and and Lalgarh Palace are a prime examples of Indo-Saracenic architecture.

The Indo-Saracenic style combines elements of Islamic and Hindu design and architecture. Persian and Islamic elements like domes, arches, and minarets were used along with Hindu and Jain elements of Chajja, Jharokha, Jaalis etc. This fusion of two different styles became widely used by the British architects to design public and government buildings throughout India in the 19th century.
